   Summary Note:  (1) the letter-string and cluster are found in Array 17; (2) two variations of the Vere surname are used; (3) the cluster contains exactly 17 letters; (4) The opening couplet of the first quatrain contains 17 words; (5) the title and sonnet number (Sonnet 12, “To Lunacie“) contain 17 units (15 letters, 2 numbers); (6) Signature 17 array:  Edward de Vere, 17th Earle of Oxenforde.    

Again, the Question:  Coincidence or deliberate design?
